What can I do if I have received a faulty or damaged product?

All products are inspected by manufacturers and prior to shipping.

Please examine the products before opening the sealed contents. Products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once sealed packaging is opened.

All products are inspected by manufacturers and prior to shipping.  Delicate products and must be handled with care. You are responsible for handling with care.

In the highly unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty when examined thru the packaging, you may send it back to us for a replacement. Please contact us and provide us with the order #, detail information and photo of the damaged item. To do this, log into your order and contact us from within the order. This is necessary so that your request is associated with your order efficiently.

Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us will be sent back to you at your cost. Please note that our return policy also applies.
