Can I cancel my order? Can I change my order?

Providing you contact us before your order is processed or dispatched and ideally as soon as possible after making the order,

You should be able to cancel your order without a problem. To do this, log into your order and contact us from within the order. This is necessary so that your request is associated with your order efficiently.

If the order is still being processed, we will cancel the order for you. If it has already been dispatched for shipment, then there is nothing we can do. You may refer to our returns policy for the next stage.

(Please note: We are unable to change your ship-to address, so be sure to double-check your information before submitting order. We are also unable to add a coupon or change the payment method on your order once it is submitted.)

We are unable to add items, or increase the quantity of items, on an order that has already been submitted. Please place a new order if you would like to add new items to your order, or increase the quantity of the items you've purchased.

Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order status is being processed or shipped.
